Difco bm2 swarming agar plates
Bacterial swarming in the presence of 1037. Swarming was examined on <t>BM2-swarm</t> plates containing 0.5% (wt/vol) agar (Difco) after incubation for 20 h at 37°C. Swarming colonies were quantified as described in Materials and Methods. All experiments were done at least 3 times, and statistical significance was determined using one-way ANOVA (***, P < 0.001).
